Managed Accounts Platform

A separately managed account is an investment vehicle, through which an investor opens an account with ADSI in his or her name, and provides a limited power of attorney to an external investment manager selected by ADSI.

Liquidity:

Dependent on securities invested in but it cannot be gated or suspended

Transparency:

Customized to investor reporting requirements

Segregation of Assets:

No commingling with other investors and segregation from other funds

Ownership & Control:

Investors have ultimate ownership of assets, can cease the relationship with the investment manager and liquidate the portfolio

Third Party Oversight:

Investors may have an administrator, access to direct reporting, from Custodian / Administrator selected by investors

Minimal Risk of Fraud:

Investors have control over cash movements and full transparency over the MA
