ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who will work under the Project Manager and Senior Management to perform a variety of tasks related to administrative, compliance, and internal affairs, and support ADSI’s special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review and prepare internal and external documentation, including agreements, policies, etc.
  • Review, prepare and/or file internal and external documentation with all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage internal and external project, and coordinate between all stakeholders ;
  • Monitor all prudential and regulatory requirements for ADSI and related entities
  • Maintain and assist in the collection and filing of all KYC and other regulatory documentation
  • Support with day-to-day operations, including fund management, CSP, etc.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Ensure ADSI is up-to-date with all prudential and regulatory requirements
  • Undertake research
  • Liaise with stakeholders and service providers
  • Help with business development activities, including representing the Company in front of clients, prospects and business partners
  • Prepare internal and external, letters, proposals, presentations, reports and other documents as may be required; and,
  • Any other tasks as may be required

 

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
  • Proven work experience as an Assistant Project Manager or paralegal
  • Proficiency in business writing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management software and PowerPoint presentations
  • Highly organized, ability to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

JUNIOR EXECUTION TRADER

Date: 25 August 2023

We are also looking for a Junior Execution Trader to join our Execution Desk team, working under the Head of Trading and Advisory to perform following tasks:

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Trade Execution: Execute trades in accordance with established strategies and guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate execution across various financial instruments and markets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, news, and events to provide timely insights to senior traders and analysts and help inform trading decisions.
  • Trade Support: Provide operational support by handling trade settlements, confirmations, and reconciliation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze historical and real-time market data to identify patterns, correlations, and opportunities for improvement in clients trading strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including research, technology, and operations, to ensure seamless trade execution and efficient processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized trading records, performance metrics, and reports.

 

EXPERIENCE
  • Degree in Finance or related subject. Other degrees may be considered
  • Familiarity with financial markets, trading instruments, and trading platforms.
  • Basic understanding of trading strategies, risk management principles, and market analysis techniques.
  • Must have good knowledge of financial markets and its dynamics.
  • Fresh graduates will be considered.
  • Will be given training and access to a Bloomberg Terminal.

 

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in executing trades and managing data within diverse asset classes, mainly: Equities, Fixed Income and Structured Products.
  • Excellent quantitative and mathematical skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and share insights.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment.
  • A passion for financial markets and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Basic programming skills (Python, R, etc.) are a plus.
